Burn it Down

At the end of every year I burn down an effigy of the past year as way to welcome in the new year. I've been doing this for about 10 years now and it's one of my favorite projects. Each year try to ignite the fire in different ways to try and get different flame reactions as it burns. I will use different ignition sources or accelerants to try and get different flame colors or burn patterns on the effigy. Usually it goes well but fire is wildly unpredictable so it doesn't always work.
